How to post ringtones/videos/wallpapers

Please no full mp3's! There are already sites offering mp3 of different sorts and types. Post only ringtones, only parts of a song. Here are some good utilities to trim mp3's and wav's :
MpTrim - this is used to trim mp3's. It has many useful options and it's free.
WavTrim - this is used to trim wav's. It has many useful options and it is free.

I'd reccomend box.net to store the audio file because it has a preview feature.

Videos

Please do not post full movies. Short animations are allowed. 3gp and mp4 video files only.

Wallpapers
________________________
You could put all the wallpapers in an archive and give it a relevant name to its content or show all images in a post using img tag.
